I made chicken pot pie for dinner last week, it’s one of my favorites. I was so grateful that I cooked the chicken in the slow cooker on Sunday instead of the oven since our power went out for almost 2 hours. It was fully cooked before the power went out so I was in the clear 🙂
Anyway I made the filling with onions, carrots, peas, chicken, rosemary and chicken broth. The pie crust is my favorite cream cheese tart shell recipe. So easy to make with 3 ingredients and you don’t even have to roll it out! Sorry I didn’t snag a picture before we gobbled it all up.
