So sadly I don’t have a recipe to share this Friday. I have a bit more tweaking to do before sharing. Here are my all time gf alternatives to traditional gluten items. I’ve made Gluten Free Noodles, I did mine as lasagna in my pasta roller. These had such a wonderful flavor, and texture. I personally think that the gf version is incredible! Also this Pizza Crust, I subbed half of the all purpose flour for sorghum. Guests often don’t believe it’s gluten free! Has a very nice “bread” flavor.
I have Buffalo Chicken Dip minus the Parmesan in the oven right now, I can’t wait to taste it!
